Svetlana Khmelevskaya has experience in evaluating and recruiting top management since 2006 as Head of HR with large holding company, and further as Deputy CEO and later CEO of different companies.

Svetlana’s experience with a leading consulting company and managerial experience in diverse areas helps Svetlana to fulfill various executive search assignments. As an example her experience with Central Research Institute of Rosatom helps her in serving power companies, and her experience with Russian standard group of companies helps her serve alcohol and financial service companies.

As executive search consultant Svetlana also serves agribusiness, media companies, investment and venture companies and state owned companies.

Svetlana graduated Moscow Pedagogical University, Faculty of Foreign Languages and Institute of Economics and Crisis Management.
