PartnerLarisa Dydykina
Larisa is a member of our Board practice and executive search teams. Before joining Board Solutions she was CEO of the Moscow office of a major executive search firm. She has a combination of experience working for the Russian government as well as top-level positions for Major Russian and international private companies. Being at the center of the emergence of post Soviet Russia in the 90’s Larisa was a senior member of the team of Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID) involved in methodology and implementation of privatization and later - development of the laws and regulations for the Russian securities market. In the middle of 90’ Larisa was a Vice-president of the US-Russia Investment Fund (TUSRIF). In 2000 Larisa has been given a responsibility to speed-up the development of Russian mortgage system becoming CEO of the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending (AHML). She also participated in all-Russia project for the introduction of OSAGO as Deputy CEO of Rosgosstrakh. She has experience serving boards in banking, and infrastructure companies. Larisa has a Masters degree (Hons) in Economics from the People’s Friendship University. She is PhD in economics.
