Formed a successful career in the banking industry, working for more than 8 years in the “TOP 5” Russian banks. She was in the corporate and business units, specializing in credit and treasury operations, including project financing, factoring, deposit transactions and transactions in securities. She has experience in organizing joint programs between banks and insurance companies. Prior to joining the Board Solutions team for 4 years she headed the financial practices of a Russian company specializing in management selection and executive searches. During her work she realized a number of significant projects in finding managers for leading banks and insurance companies operating in the Russian market.
