ChairmanJean-Claude Falciola
Mr. Falciola is based in Geneva and participates in all of our high level assignments. He has had a very successful international career as a top manager. He has held several management positions in the French company Eli Lilly, a world leader in the pharmaceutical industry. For 27 years he was a partner of the international executive search company Egon Zehnder International. In 1979 he founded and headed its Geneva office until 1996. In1996 he initiated the opening of the Moscow office in Russia, which he successfully led until 2001. Since 2007 he has been the Chairman of Board Solutions. His current interests include corporate governance and cooperation with international organizations in both culture and sports. From 2005 to 2006 he was the Secretary General of the World Federation of Equestrian Sport.
