We conduct searches for Chairmen, Independent Directors, and committee heads on a broad international basis. Board Solutions assesses Boards of Directors with respect to international standards recognized by the world’s major stock exchanges (NYSE, LSE). Our role consists in assisting company boards in developing performance improvement schemes that will support the overall delivery of value.
