Strategy and M&A Director for a Central Asian oil & gas company

The Board of directors of our client, a major Central Asian oil & gas company, had decided to expand the company’s M&A activities. In this respect, it was decided to recruit a Strategy and M&A Director to enter new markets and acquire assets. Significant international M&A experience with global investment institutions or oil and gas majors was required. Additionally, a cultural fit for a highly complex organization and mobility were expected by the client.
